Alpaca Fibre Testing

Price List

(as at 20th January 2008)

 

Laboratory Fibre Testing:      

 

All samples ‘scoured’ before testing.

Test includes standard fibre test measurements such as average diameter, coefficient of variation and standard deviation of diameter, spinning fineness, fibre length and comfort factor. Fee also covers histogram and micron profile graphs, ‘Statement of Assurance’ and presentation folder. Postage not included.

 

Less than 5 samples	$25.00 (Does not include folder)
5 to 20 samples	$48.00
21 to 50 samples	$2.30 per test
51 to 100 samples	$2.20 per test
Over 100 samples	$1.95 per test

 

 

On-Site Fibre Testing:

 

Includes unlimited number of tests and hire of one technician and all testing and scouring equipment. Also includes fleece weighing, downloading weights onto fibre tests and indexing, if required.

 

Daily flat rate	$330 per three hour (½ day)
Travelling charge	No Charge (within 200km)
